Easter 2009

We had two parts to Easter... the first egg hunt was at Amo and Papa's house and then later in theday we went to Great Amo's and Great Poppy's house to have another egg hunt followed by a delicious Easter dinner!! There was lots going on, but the kids had so much fun!

These are Amo and Papa's cats (Golden is in the background), but i get a kick out of Goldie every time i see her... i had to include a pic!!

So of course we had to take a photo of all the cousins together since it doesnt happen very often and this was the best of 3 pictures that i could get. Can you spot the 2 sets of fraternal twins in this pic? I should say that i am greatful that i had one baby at a time! :)

I love the huge yard... it is endless fun!! My grandparents have lived on this 40 acre ranch for over 50 years!! There are lots of great memories!

Chaffee Zoo - Fresno, Ca

On Easter weekend we went up north to visit my family! We had tons of fun over the weekend and going to the Chaffee Zoo was the start of it!! Alyssa did not want to let go of holding the Elephant statue as you will see below.

Daddy surprised Alyssa and came home for lunch so she could test out her new birthday present! As you can tell she was very excited! :)

How the years fly by...

Our baby girl is 3 years old today... we cannot believe how quickly time passes by! She has grown and changed so much! I think sometimes you don't realize how much they have really changed until you go back in time...we wanted to share some photos.

Northwood Park

Last week we met up with some friends at Northwood Park. It was our first time there and very nice! Such a huge park for the kids to run around and play!

We had lots of fun on St. Patty's Day! Alyssa and Gavin got to play at Cedar Grove Park with their friend Mattie! After lunch we then decided instead of just playing in the backyard we should take off our clothes and get all wet!! Good times!! :)

Irvine Regional Park

As we were all walking to the zoo we got up close and personal to a peacock!

On Saturday we spent the morning at Irvine Regional Park. We got to go to the zoo, ride the train, and the pony!! :) Daddy had to work all weekend so Mommy was so happy that Amo and Papa could come visit and help Mommy with the kiddos!

Mister Gavin has been into everything lately! Lots of bumps and bruises! :( But he's having fun!

Well i have not taken photos in a while! I am pretty good at forgetting my camera lately, but i hope to have some posted after this weekend. :)
We have had lots of walks, play dates, and fun at the park lately...so we have all been keeping pretty busy! Alyssa is talking more everyday and for the past month in a half or so has conquered using the potty!! Gavin is getting 3 molars all at once and doing the best he can with that. Tylenol and teething tablets definitely do wonders for not only him, but our ears too! hehe :)
